Instructions

  1. Prepare Questions:
    1. If in person: give each scholar a sticky-note or notecard to write a question on before the panel starts, then have the moderator collect questions cards and group them by topic.
    2. If online: give each scholar a few minutes to brainstorm and jot down questions before the panel.
  1. With the IAs seated at the front of the room in a panel style, the moderator asks questions to introduce the IAs, then moves on to scholar questions. These may be answered by both IAs or an individual if specified.
  1. At the end, scholars may choose to go up to the IAs with individual questions (this often flows into a break break or lunch!)
